Scrip ("the Service") is operated by Scrip Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Service provides AI-assisted cap table management tools. All actions that modify your cap table require explicit human approval. Scrip does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before approval. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service: account credentials (passkeys), company and stakeholder information you provide, and usage analytics.
Your cap table data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (hosting, AI inference) or as required by law.
AI interactions may be processed by third-party model providers. We do not use your data to train AI models.
