About Scrip

Scrip is the first autonomous corporate secretary. It manages your cap table, tracks shareholder comms, preps your board, and drafts investor updates — all through chat.

Every cap table change is recorded as an immutable, hash-chained event. The same math that runs in production powers the agent’s simulation tools, so what-if scenarios are always consistent with your real data.

How it works

You chat with Scrip. It has tools for every cap table operation — issuing shares, closing rounds, converting SAFEs, granting options, running 409A valuations, and more. Every write is an append to a tamper-evident ledger. Every read is a pure computation over that ledger.

Documents are signed with passkeys. The same WebAuthn credential you use to log in also signs board resolutions, stock purchase agreements, and investor letters — legally binding under ESIGN, UETA, and eIDAS.
