Your first session

Sign in through your browser, select a company, then open the agent. Ask “show me the cap table” or “prepare a holder record for review.”

One register. You approve the changes.

The CLI and web app use the same company records. Scrip manages the model; you sign in once. Calculations and validation happen on the API.

The agent prepares proposals. Your confirmation records routine changes; sensitive changes require a passkey in your browser. Company conversations stay separate on your machine.

Built on Chassis and vercel-labs/fx under Apache-2.0. Attribution is included in each archive.
