Accept your invitation
Use the private link supplied by the company owner. Sign in or complete the identity setup using the invited email and a passkey. An existing account must sign in; accepting an invitation does not replace its passkeys. The invitation identifies the company, roles and any holder you will represent.
A representative acts for a legal holder. You may represent more than one holder or belong to more than one company. Use the company switcher to choose the register you want to view.
Read your holdings
Your portal shows the instruments of the holders you represent. Open an instrument for its terms, vesting, exercise or conversion history and source evidence. Share quantities and convertible principal retain their own units. Historical instruments can remain visible after cancellation or conversion.
The portal’s Working FD view is a working capitalization view. It is not a prediction of the proceeds you will receive in a financing or sale.
Read and sign documents
Documents appear when the company explicitly shares them with your holder. Download and read the original before acknowledging receipt or signing. A passkey signature records your identity, the exact document hash and the signing time. Acknowledging receipt is a separate action from signing.
Ask about your record
Choose “Ask about your record,” select a holder and optionally an instrument, then describe the correction, missing document or question. The company and that holder’s representatives can read the conversation. You can follow up or withdraw a request while retaining its history.
A request does not amend your holdings or grant access to a document. The company reviews the request and approves its response; any record or access change follows its own proposal.
Exercise, conversion and board actions
If an instrument offers an exercise or conversion workflow, read its current terms and the requested evidence before continuing. Submitting a request does not issue shares or move money. Directors see board actions only when their current company role and appointment permit access.
If a company or document is missing, ask the company owner to check your membership, representative link and document grants. Changing the holder’s contact email does not change your sign-in identity.
